I am a 2D digital artist with a huge interest in character design and video game artwork. I have been drawing since my childhood, and have been doing digital art since 2005.

  • 2D Sprites

My main digital art tools are Adobe Photoshop CS6, Clip Studio Paint, Aseprite, and an Artisul D13 tablet to make my drawings.

As an artist, I always have a desire to improve. Each new drawing to me is a valuable experience that I learn from. I am a firm believer in the idea that an artist is always learning. There is no peak where one suddenly knows everything there is to know about art. However, the true artist is defined by their determination and the effort put into their craft. It is this desire to learn and work towards their goals that separates them from the rest.

Being an avid gamer and appreciator of art, I consider video games to be the ultimate art form. They combine visuals, acting, audio, literature, and interactivity all in one highly enjoyable package. Any argument against games being art can be shut down by taking into consideration all the different kinds of work that goes into even one game. When all this work comes together, the end result is a complex masterpiece; the artistic vision of all the men and women who worked on it. That, to me, is the definition of art.

There is no greater privilege than being able to claim credit for any aspect of a project's design or aesthetic, and then receive praise and adoration from the fans who enjoyed what you created. To rise above after a lifetime of hard work and watch as others become inspired by your creations is what being an artist means to me. This is my dream, and it is what pushes me to keep going.
